Easy & Delicious Maui Shrimp Recipe

This gem right here is great for those nights you are starving and want a quick healthy meal. It only requires a few ingredients and a quick trip to Trader Joes…. ( who am I kidding, Trader Joes is never quick 🙂

What you’ll need:

Frozen Shrimp – Uncooked / Minced Garlic / Mango Jicama Slaw / Jalapeño Sauce / Frozen Brown Rice / Limes

You can marinate or just season your shrimp with lime juice, salt & pepper for anywhere from a few minutes to 10 minutes. Next either air fry or pan sear those babies….

Combine slaw ingredients in a small bowl until all mixed together. Next up throw the frozen bag of rice in the microwave or cook your own from scratch if you’ve got the time!

Time to plate….. Start with rice , add the slaw, top with shrimp, drizzle Jalapño sauce on top and squeeze a 1/2 of a lime and you have yourself a bomb diggity easy delicious AND nutritious meal!!

I happen to have leftover grilled pineapple, so of course I had some on the side…..
